Heard on the Randi Rhodes Show on my way to work, Leola McConnell who is a Liberal Democrat candidate for Governor in Nevada alleged that G.W. Bush was involved in a bisexual affair in 1984. According to McConnell, she was involved in the affair along with current ambassador to Poland, Victor Ashe.
Rhodes emailed McConnell for confirmation. In her reply, McConnell referred to today's speech in support of the ban on gay marriage and stated that Bush should admit that he himself is a "bisexual American." Present at today's speech were representatives of Exodus, which provides aversion therapy for homosexuals. Ucky. I of course wish that such a hypocritical bit of the past were true so that we could slam Bush Jr., but it's just so creepy to think that he's like us in any way that even my bleeding-heart liberal values go out the window.
